In October 2017, ExperBuy signed the “1000 charter” and thus committed to integration and employment in Greater Lyon.
The purpose of this charter is to act through concrete and simple actions by getting involved in the life of the territory and to invest in local dynamics of return to employment.
“This initiative of the Métropole de Lyon and the Lyon House for Employment is part of a partnership with the French State, Pôle Emploi, the communes of Greater Lyon and the actors of the integration and employment of the metropolitan territory and is co-financed by the European Social Fund within the framework of the national operational program “Employment and Inclusion” 2014-2020. ”
Since then, the ExperBuy HR department has regularly volunteered for job interview simulation sessions, preparing long-term unemployed people for their future interviews, gaining self-confidence and thus increasing their chances of finding a job.
